As Owner of Cruise Holidays of Victoria, I am also a proud member of the Summit Chapter of Business Network International Canada (BNI Canada) and I am the President of the Chapter for the April 2008 to March 2009 term. BNI is a networking organization specifically designed to assist small businesses in achieving their growth potential.

I have personally experienced the great products, but above all, the superior service of my fellow chapter members and I am so delighted to report that we all share the same business values and practices. As a consumer, I have learned that the cheapest price rarely offers me the best value. In an era of Internet and automation where service and personal touch have been replaced by low pricing, it is comforting to know that there are still some businesses that focus on providing the best value to their customers without compromising price. That’s what we all strive for at BNI Summit.
